“I ordered scallops and beef wellingtons on 9th July In readiness for a dinner party on 15th. Delivery date was 14th July. The items were not delivered, and I heard nothing from the Company. I contacted them on the Monday and was told they had problems with a supplier, and the items would now be delivered 19th. I have not had the opportunity to taste the food, given that I bought emergency replacements for my dinner party, however the scallops are the largest I have seen, so I’m hoping they taste as good as they look. An apology of some sort would have been appreciated.”

Firstly, our apologies Caroline for not contacting you sooner regarding the delivery time. Sometimes, we indeed have some issues with our supply chain and this seems to have been the issue. We really hope you enjoy our large Scallops and it would be great to hear your thoughts!

“Good Food never disappoints. Packed with care, delivered by a punctual, conscientious representative. Over the years it has been good to see salt in products lessening. Perhaps this sweetness could also lessen. Cooking instructions in larger print would be more helpful & I would find it very useful if cooking instructions could also be put on the website. Of late have found it difficult to order what I want - it’s sold out or not available.”

“Items ordered were good quality arrived well packed and frozen. The reason for my low score is that I ordered Swordfish that was not available and was substituted with tuna with out notice. As no one in my house eats tuna this was money wasted and had they called to ask we would have had a choice. Quality if food was excellent and had it not been for the poor customer service I would have rated 5 stars”

“Delivery failed to reach me on time result in inedible food this was a courier fault and not Good Taste Foods. They have refunded me in full and I will be very happy to use them in future”

“Happy with the products but it would be great if smaller boxes could be provided for the products. When only a family of 2 it takes a lot of freezer space to store the large boxes contents.”

“Superb Jersey potatoes thoroughly enjoyed the first of the season Also the wild garlic went into many things particularly sauces and the rhubarb was delicious will keep. Coming n Back for special meals”
