“There was poor communication about the date of delivery and I received two unwanted substitutions, both unasked for. Admitted it was over the holiday period and I was given a refund for the two unwanted substitutions. But it created a shortfall in my supplies and a conundrum, as I had not planned freezer space for the sack of chicken breasts I was fobbed off with (I ordered four chicken thighs, a very different thing) and two pies containing ingredients I wouldn't normally eat instead of the one I ordered. The three items I received true to order were not as delicious as expected, though they cooked up reasonably, no better than an average supermarket equivalent. I don't think I will be ordering here again.”

“Very poor had my delivery but items missing quiet annoying when I was arranging a friends dinner. What did come wasn't great .at this point wouldn't reccomend. They have offered me a full refund but still haven't received it .”

“Not a good experience. My order was not delivered on the day stated, instead I had to contact them as I wasn't notified that it hadn't been dispatched. It then arrived 6 days later. I opened the order to find out that 2 of the items are 9 months out of date. I have contacted Good Taste Foods about this but have not received a response. All in all, I would avoid.”

“Ordered twice now, both times delivery was delayed and the second time the price seemed to massively change and was far from value for money. Sadly I won’t be ordering again although the T-bone steaks were fantastic!”
