“A great company to deal with at a sad time when bereaved at the passing of my beloved dog. Just one phone call and payment and everything was organised for me. They sent out a wonderful vet to euthanase my dog, the dog was then taken to be cremated and ten days later was delivered back to me in my selected vessel. An easy and dignified death for a loved pet.”

“I am grateful for the service Goodbye Good Boy offer. Their service was excellent right from the first point of contact. I really appreciated that they took the time to check in with me after my beautiful dog had passed and so grateful to be able to help my baby girl transition from the comfort of home, making it a peaceful transition for her. “I truly can’t put into words how thankful I am for Ollie’s peaceful passing - surrounded by myself and my family in our garden. I was recommended Goodbye Good Boy by my vet, and I will be forever grateful for this suggestion because even though the experience is a harrowing one, Goodbye Good Boy made it bearable. The team provided the best support and exceptional service from the moment I called to make the appointment right up until months after Ollie had passed (the team checked in to see how we were). As soon as Dr Sarah arrived at our house I felt at ease. Sarah was like a warm hug - she was friendly, empathetic, and patient - at no point did I feel like I needed to rush through the process. Sarah explained the entire process, what it would involve and assured me that Ollie would feel no pain at any point – I am so very grateful for her and the team.”

“From the my first contact, staff were very kind, friendly and sensitive and did everything possible to make the most heartbreaking time go smoothly. The vet who attended our home was gentle with our dear Otis and ourselves. To be able to say goodbye to Otis in his own home peacefully was a blessing for him and ourselves.”

“I had never heard of Goodbye Good Boy until we needed their service. They were recommended by a friend and I am forever grateful for the service that was offered. From the initial moment when I had to make the phone call every pet owner dreads, I felt supported and empowered in the choice we had made. Being able to guide our beloved greyhound over the rainbow bridge at home meant that I felt comfortable grieving. I was able to have the music that I chose, lie with my girl as she drifted off to eternal sleep and spend time with her before my husband and I carried her out together. She was our first foster fail, our perfect hound and will be always remembered fondly. Goodbye Good Boy ensured that communication was prompt and caring. We were advised at each stage of the journey to get the ashes back to us. Our beautiful girl's fur and paw print were an unexpected gift and brought such a smile to our faces. Saying goodbye is always hard. Letting Goodbye Good Boy help us was the easy part.”

“We can not recommend Goodbye Good Boy enough. We were so heartbroken with the loss of Jethro. The service has been wonderful, from the moment we spoke to Dawn preparing for Jethro's trip over the Rainbow Bridge to Jethro's ashes being returned home. Everyone showed love, caring and most importantly treated Jethro with the utmost respect through the whole process. Thank you all Rhonda and Nigel”

“Saying goodbye to Mason was the hardest thing we've ever had to do. I believe the grieving process has been easier because of the beautiful send off we were able to give him, in the comfort of his own home, in his favourite spot by the window. Dr Melissa was wonderful, compassionate and communicated everything thoroughly. I am so thankful we were able to do right by our beautiful boy, and this service ensured a peaceful passing. Thank you so much”

“Goodbye Good Boy were so lovely and kind to us when our sweet big boy Franklin passed away. It was our second time using their services and both times, they made the process so easy and loving. They helped our boy cross the rainbow bridge in our home eating ice cream and it made it the nicest end to his beautiful life we could have asked for. We were also lucky enough to have the same lovely man collect him that collected our last big boy. Highly recommend this service to anyone who loves their pet like a child.”

“I would highly recommend Goodbye Good boy. Even though it was very sad to send our dear dog away, they made us feel better knowing their service was very professional. It was at the comfort of our home and our dog passed away without any more pain. We still miss him dearly but knowing we were there for his last moments was the best we could do for our dog”

“The team from Goodbye Good Boy were so supportive of all our family members and really helped to make an extremely sad and potentially stressful situation a calm, and peaceful experience not only for our dog Benny but also for our family and our other dogs who had all supported Benny in his very old age. “Incredibly pleased with the support and kindness received through what was an incredibly sad nd difficult experience. The support and compassion from everyone I dealt with exceeded my expectations. The Vet that came out on the day, was exceptional. She was kind, understanding, patient and explained every step of the process and tried her absolute best to help us through the process. I do not wish this on anyone, but, if ever anyone does need to make this difficult decision, i would WITHOUT A DOUBT recommend Goodbye Good Boy! Thank you for your professionalism and kindness!”

“If you find yourself needing to head down the road of saying goodbye to your beloved pet don't hesitate to reach out to Goodbye Good Boy. I recently needed their support for our beloved 'big boy', Rusty. Being able to have Rusty at home and comfortable laying in his favourite place (my bed) as he crossed the rainbow bridge is a memory I will cherish forever. Two ladies arrived, a vet and her assistant (sadly I missed their names, in my sadness) BUT their genuine manner, respect, care and gentleness with our big boy will NEVER be forgotten. Sedating Rusty first, then giving us a moment to say our farewells before his final breath was beautiful. From first contact with Goodbye Good Boy the service has been beyond impressive. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Your caring helped make a difficult time a little easier. I highly recommend this wonderful team and service.”
