“The team from Goodbye Good Boy were so supportive of all our family members and really helped to make an extremely sad and potentially stressful situation a calm, and peaceful experience not only for our dog Benny but also for our family and our other dogs who had all supported Benny in his very old age. This service is incredible… it offers everything you need to say goodbye to a beloved member of the family in the most positive and loving way.”

“Goodbye Good Boy made saying goodbye to our beloved dog much easier. The customer service is outstanding, empathetic and compassionate . The vet that came to our house was thoughtful and caring and helped us through a very sad goodbye. Highly recommend this service.”

“Good Bye Boy was a wonderful choice for us to let go of our beloved Kaiser. The vet was so kind and caring. As was the person who took Kaiser away. We couldn't have done it any other way. Thank you so much for allowing us to have those last moments with our boy.”

“Incredibly pleased with the support and kindness received through what was an incredibly sad nd difficult experience. The support and compassion from everyone I dealt with exceeded my expectations. The Vet that came out on the day, was exceptional. She was kind, understanding, patient and explained every step of the process and tried her absolute best to help us through the process. I do not wish this on anyone, but, if ever anyone does need to make this difficult decision, i would WITHOUT A DOUBT recommend Goodbye Good Boy! Thank you for your professionalism and kindness!”

“If you find yourself needing to head down the road of saying goodbye to your beloved pet don't hesitate to reach out to Goodbye Good Boy. I recently needed their support for our beloved 'big boy', Rusty. Being able to have Rusty at home and comfortable laying in his favourite place (my bed) as he crossed the rainbow bridge is a memory I will cherish forever. Two ladies arrived, a vet and her assistant (sadly I missed their names, in my sadness) BUT their genuine manner, respect, care and gentleness with our big boy will NEVER be forgotten. Sedating Rusty first, then giving us a moment to say our farewells before his final breath was beautiful. From first contact with Goodbye Good Boy the service has been beyond impressive. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Your caring helped make a difficult time a little easier. I highly recommend this wonderful team and service.”

“Have used Goodbye Good Boy twice in the last 8months and I could not fault their service. Both times they were very responsive and contacted us back very quickly even though I rang them at 4am. They kept us informed of the whole process and were very compassionate throughout. We had Dr Sandra both times and she was amazing. She is very compaassionate, empathetic and can definitely read the room and knew we weren't chatters. I would definitely recommend Goodbye Good Boy to anyone with a pet.”

“The genuine care and concern from every team member at Goodbye Good Boy is what carried me through the initial grief and uncertainty of loosing my 15 year old, very sick little buddy Jerry. From the first phone call, to the truly beautiful experience with the caring, kindhearted and sincere vet who professionally, reverently took us through the actual event of sending Jerry on his way. I will be forever grateful to every person I spoke to on the phone and the incredible vet who lovingly sent my little guy to his next adventure. Thank you for the kind of sincerity I didn't even know existed. Thankyou for making me feel held. You made this experience beautiful and one that will forever remain with me as precious rather than tragic.”

“When our beautiful staffy Millie became very ill we were recommended the services of goodbye good boy by our vet. We were able to organise everything quickly & that was appreciated because it was a very upsetting time for our family. Obviously we were faced with the impossible decision to say goodbye to our beautiful dog but we at least had the privilege to make it as nice as we could by making sure Millie was comfortable at home & resting in her favourite bed. From the initial organisation through to organising Millie’s ashes, all of the staff have been kind, patient & helpful. It was more expensive to do it this way but so much nicer than taking her to the vet clinic & she was relaxed. I would recommend their services to anyone & if we have to do it again then I would most definitely use goodbye good boy again.”
