“Thank you for giving us an option the day our family dog became so unwell. You looked after all of us and very professionally helped us until you drove away. It doesn't make it easier but it made it comfy for Jazz and we think of her and have a good memory of her going. I would use your service again if needed.”

“As you can imagine it was a very hard time for us to say goodbye to CoCo, as he had been my companion for 14 years and I loved him dearly .The team that attented were first rate, they were compassionate and treated the situation with empathy and understanding. I have included a piece of art work I finished kast week of coCo.”

“I highly recomend Goodbye Good Boy to help with hard process of saying goodbye to your beloved pet. We made the difficult decision to say goodbye to our beautiful Peppa girl. Being the hardest decision we had to make, we felt comforted by the service and attentive care of all from Goodbye Good Boy. We were made to feel like we had made the right decision. Everything was carried out with love and respect and we were able to send Peppa over the rainbow bridge with peace and knowing she was loved in the comfort of her home. Vet Melissa came to our home and was such a lovely person and had a genuine caring attitude toward Peppa. Service from all was outstanding. Thankyou.”

Every interaction from initial phone enquiry, attending vet, returning of the ashes was handled with empthy and respect to both us and our pet. “It was so easy to work with everyone from goodbye good boy. They made a terrible situation easy. I would recommend them to anyone. The follow up calls the offer to call and speak to someone if you are really struggling after you say goodbye is above and beyond. I can't thank them enough for all the help and support. The team are amazing.”

“When we had to make the heartbreaking decision to put our 14yr old Border Collie Panda to rest we knew we wanted it to be at home, where she was comfortable. The team at Goodbye Good Boy were amazing. We had our three sons, their partners and my parents at home, so quite a few of us. Our Vet Dr Tamara was amazing!! She explained everything to us al and was very empathetic, kind and understanding. She gave us the time we needed and answered all our questions, she was very respectful, even to the point when she was driving away from our home and we were all about the front saying our last goodbye. Dr Tamara drove away slowly. We noticed the small touches and really appreciated it! I highly recommend the team and Dr Tamara. Thank you for your kind words and support.”

“As it is absolutely devastating when we have to make the decision to say goodbye to our fur family members. I would like to say Thank You to Goodbye Goodboy and u personal THANK YOU to Christianne for the comfort and care she gave us and Milo at that time. It is very emotional and stressful for everyone when this time comes. Christianne helped Milo with his pain and gave us plenty of time to say goodbye. I don't wish this heartache on anybody, but we all know when we bring animals into our families this day will come. There are no words at the time, but I highly recommended Goodbye Goodboy when you need help and support to say goodbye. Milo is greatly missed everyday, but there is comfort in knowing he is not suffering.”

“The team at Goodbye Goodboy were absolutely incredible throughout the entire process and one of the hardest times. They were patient, caring and respectful of everything we were going through with our boy. Even after everything was returned in the most beautiful way, they reached out to see how we were going. Thank you for everything you did for us and our beautiful boy. ❤️”

“Mackie was a 15yo Spoodle and was a loved member of our family having grown up with our two boys. As old age came upon him and his major health issues became uncontrollable we came to the heart breaking decision to have him humanely euthanised. As a family we wanted to be with him in familiar surroundings when this occurred and we were introduced to Goodbye Good Boy by our local vet. Dr Paige from GGB came to our home and explained the process and we were all able to be with Mackie in our home and say our goodbyes in a dignified and serene setting as is possible when you are losing your best friend. Goodbye Good Boy certainly helped us navigate this very sad time and I would have no hesitation in recommending their services. Mackie was then buried in our garden where he spent all his life.”

“Words are not enough to explain how much we appreciated all the team at Goodbye Good Boy. They understood the grief we were going through when we had to make the difficult decision to have our beloved Cookie laid to rest. From the conversations on the phone, the emails, the Vet that visited our house on the day, even the undertaker, they have so much compassion and are very dedicated to making this terrible day a little smoother. “A great company to deal with at a sad time when bereaved at the passing of my beloved dog. Just one phone call and payment and everything was organised for me. They sent out a wonderful vet to euthanase my dog, the dog was then taken to be cremated and ten days later was delivered back to me in my selected vessel. An easy and dignified death for a loved pet.”
