“Our dog Dyson had been ill for some time and we were hoping that nature would take its course but this didn’t happen. As we live in a unit we could not have our normal vet help him pass. Goodbye Good Boy were able to offer a solution. It was a hard decision and a very emotional time. The experience was handled with dignity, respect and compassion. Thank you so much for enabling Dyson to spend his last moments in his home.”

“For such a tramatic experience for the loss of my baby, the staff and the vet was amazing. Very repectful and seemed they genuinely cared. I had even had a follow up call almost 2 months after to see how I was going. I highly recommend”

“Good Boy took compassionate care of my ‘good boy’. I could not think of a more caring and loving way to farewell my beautiful Staffie boy; at home, in his favourite spot in the garden, in full winter sun, with his family of humans holding him, and a gentle caring vet to release him from his pain. We loved him and released him from his pain and we were supported in this act by Good Boy.”

“We couldn’t have asked for a gentler, more loving experience. When the time came for our sweet Valerie to cross the rainbow bridge, Goodbye Good Boy were caring and efficient, organising someone to come to our house within hours so that Val didn’t have to suffer. Valerie would have been incredibly stressed being moved to a vet so this was the kindest option. The after care we received was incredible. I highly recommend xx”

“Goodbye Good Boy helped the euthanasia process of our beloved dog be smooth and at our own pace. Our dog was very loved and having had put a dog to sleep the year prior at the vet clinic we were dreading he while process until a family member recommended at home euthanasia. I now won't do it any other way (where possible). Being able to grieve in your own home is comforting and gives closure.”

“From the first phone conversation to the final goodbye mum and I felt totally supported by people who understood. They helped make a hideous time easier with their compassion and clear communication. Sarah the vet who helped Yoda out of pain was marvellous as was the lovely man who brought him home - and the team back in the office are amazing. We couldn't get Yoda to our regular vet and they recommended GGB - and I would not hesitate to do the same for anyone else in this situation. No pressure, just support and understanding. The best goodbye for both Yoda and us. Thank you.”

“Thank you for giving us an option the day our family dog became so unwell. You looked after all of us and very professionally helped us until you drove away. It doesn't make it easier but it made it comfy for Jazz and we think of her and have a good memory of her going. I would use your service again if needed.”

“As you can imagine it was a very hard time for us to say goodbye to CoCo, as he had been my companion for 14 years and I loved him dearly .The team that attented were first rate, they were compassionate and treated the situation with empathy and understanding. “I highly recomend Goodbye Good Boy to help with hard process of saying goodbye to your beloved pet. We made the difficult decision to say goodbye to our beautiful Peppa girl. Being the hardest decision we had to make, we felt comforted by the service and attentive care of all from Goodbye Good Boy. We were made to feel like we had made the right decision. Everything was carried out with love and respect and we were able to send Peppa over the rainbow bridge with peace and knowing she was loved in the comfort of her home. Vet Melissa came to our home and was such a lovely person and had a genuine caring attitude toward Peppa. Service from all was outstanding. Thankyou.”

Every interaction from initial phone enquiry, attending vet, returning of the ashes was handled with empthy and respect to both us and our pet. “It was so easy to work with everyone from goodbye good boy. They made a terrible situation easy. I would recommend them to anyone. The follow up calls the offer to call and speak to someone if you are really struggling after you say goodbye is above and beyond. I can't thank them enough for all the help and support. “When we had to make the heartbreaking decision to put our 14yr old Border Collie Panda to rest we knew we wanted it to be at home, where she was comfortable. The team at Goodbye Good Boy were amazing. We had our three sons, their partners and my parents at home, so quite a few of us. Our Vet Dr Tamara was amazing!! She explained everything to us al and was very empathetic, kind and understanding. She gave us the time we needed and answered all our questions, she was very respectful, even to the point when she was driving away from our home and we were all about the front saying our last goodbye. Dr Tamara drove away slowly. We noticed the small touches and really appreciated it! I highly recommend the team and Dr Tamara. Thank you for your kind words and support.”

“As it is absolutely devastating when we have to make the decision to say goodbye to our fur family members. I would like to say Thank You to Goodbye Goodboy and u personal THANK YOU to Christianne for the comfort and care she gave us and Milo at that time. It is very emotional and stressful for everyone when this time comes. Christianne helped Milo with his pain and gave us plenty of time to say goodbye. I don't wish this heartache on anybody, but we all know when we bring animals into our families this day will come. There are no words at the time, but I highly recommended Goodbye Goodboy when you need help and support to say goodbye. Milo is greatly missed everyday, but there is comfort in knowing he is not suffering.”
