“A huge thankyou from the bottom of our hearts 💜 . You were there when my local vet of 15 years let me down. Dr Sherif who came was so kind, just as you said, Caitlin. And you were so so kind and compassionate to organise everything for me at such short notice. Bella passed so peacefully and surrounded by love. Thank you so much. I would not have coped without your help. Warmest thanks from Suzy and Bella’s family.”

“The services provided by Goodbye Good Boy were outstanding. From the moment the first phone call was made, right through to the process of euthanasia. The process was explained clearly and done with such compassion, the only way to farewell your beloved furbaby. Our beautiful man passed over peacefully and with the comfort of all his loving family around him and in the comefort of his own home.”

“The professionalism and compassion shown by the team was outstanding. From the initial phone call, to the vet who came to our house and even the lady from the crematorium who came to take him away, the care showed and the dignity given to our boy Stewie actually made the process somewhat special and a touching memory. Don't be afraid - the team will step you through the process and you will feel in control of what is at the end of the day one of the hardest moments you'll face. Thank you for allowing him to cross over in his bed and in the comfort of his beloved home.”

“Amazing service, kept me updated along the way. The vets go above and beyond. Their partners in cremation (Pet Eternal) and perfect with their options, their attitude and help throughout. “My circumstances were very difficult when my 14 year old Daisy Dog got sick & I knew she was near end of life. Our family all had covid & were isolating, so I couldn’t take Daisy to our local vet. Goodbye good boy provided a wonderful no judgement, empathetic service pre and post euthanasia. We were able to say goodbye to Daisy in our backyard in a calm homely setting. We miss her very much.”

“We had to make the hardest decision for our dog Rocky. 15yrs and a huge part of our family. When we contacted goodbye good boy, from the very first phone call with dawn i felt we would be able to get through it. Dr Sherif came to our house and was unbelievable. Absolutely first class. Caring and understanding. For such a truly bad thing to have to go through, it was made easy by everyone involved at goodbye good boy. Thanks guys.”

“Made such a heart breaking experience so much easier. They were very personable, caring and considerate. From the lady answering the phone (which is what I was dreading, having to say it out loud) to Dr Tom who was amazing and helped us make the last moments with our little Harley that much easier. “I cannot speak more highly of the staff at Goodbye Good Boy. Everyone showed such empathy from John who come to pick up my girl, he was so very caring and very respectful. It was one of the hardest days of my life but knowing my beautiful poppet was in good hands made it a little easier to let her go on her last car ride. The gentle man (sorry I missed his name, I was a mess)who delivered her ashes back to me made it easier than I thought it would be, and to the lady who rang me 13 days after the fateful day, to check on me and to encourage me to look at all the good times my girl and I shared. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I highly recommend their service. Darian Dedrick”

“Omg what can I say Caitlin your humbleness and nurturing nature and guidance ensured me she was going to be taken care of and the rest of the team who looked after our baby girl Roxy went above and beyond, from the time of Roxy’s passing to her cremation and handing our baby back to us.our whanau are forever great full thank you so very much absolutely a wonderful experience and a amazing team”

“My beautiful boy Benson was nearing 18 years old and his health had declined. I was upset & scared about making the wrong decision. I spoke to Dawn a couple of times and she reassured me that the Vet would come out and assess Benson before anything else. I was able to say goodbye to my boy whilst nursing him, at home, peaceful in his bed, surrounded in love. Goodbye Good boy looked after him and followed up with me to see how I was feeling afterwards. His ashes were brought home to me, presented beautifully, very fitting for the wonderful soul that he was. Thank you 💙”
