“Our baby girl passed suddenly in her sleep of a stroke. We were devastated. I'd heard of GGB & called them to see what to do. They had a van out within a few hours. Letting us say our goodbyes, then closing the door. A week later, she came home. Decorated in a beautiful box, named & with her paw print. Though cost would not have been an issue, under $500 to have her home was a blessing.”

“Loosing our beagle Swanny to cancer was devastating especially only having him for 5 years cancer does not discriminate! All we had to do was make phone call to James and the rest was organised. They are caring and very understanding. They made it easier for us to grieve rather than try and organise everything. Swanny come home beautifully presented. Thank you for everything highly recommended.”

“We really appreciated just how caring and respectful the vet was, she took time to familiarise herself with our dog and make sure our dog was comfortable and trusted her so she wasn’t stressed or anxious. The vet made sure our dog was comfortable and sleepy during the euthanasia process. As she put it, “she will feel like she is drifting off to sleep” and that’s how it went. We were also very happy with the digital artwork we received commemorating our beautiful dog and also very grateful for the lovely wooden urn box her remains were returned to us in. The whole process was made easier because of Goodbye Good Boy and we are so grateful that our dog’s last day was able to be handled with love and dignity.”

“We lost Rufus Andrew and he was a much loved family member. He was a rescue dog and we wanted to make sure when the time came to say goodbye he was treated the best way. From the initial phone call with James, to Rufus getting transferred to his return home by Michelle, he was treated like he was one of the pets of the staff of Goodbye Goodboy. Thank you for your help, and support.”

“Sadly and unexpectedly the vet told us that our beautiful 13 year old dog didn’t have long to live and suggested that we think about euthanising her. We didn’t want her to be stressed or in pain, so decided that it would be more peaceful and dignified for Toto to organise to have this done at home. We decided to use Goodbye Good Boy because the words on their website really resonated with us – “a pet’s final days should not be the worst days of their life”. The entire experience with Goodbye Good Boy was exceptional – from first contact with James to Dr Courtney’s beautiful gentle manner to having Toto’s ashes returned to us. They were compassionate and professional and made an incredibly sad time more bearable. Dr Courtney was in no rush and made sure that Toto was entirely comfortable with her before the process began. When the time came Toto passed peacefully, on the lounge, with us around her. We couldn’t have asked for a more peaceful way for her to go. Thank you to all – your kindness is very much appreciated.”

“Firstly, a huge thank you to Courtney for her service on the day. She was unbelievable and made the whole experience a little bit easier for myself and Sara. The compassion she showed was remarkable. She sat with Harry talking to her for a while before the process began. For something so unbearable, Courtney made it as bearable experience as possible. Secondly, although we did not have much interaction with Elliott, he was careful and considerate when it came time to take Harry. Thirdly, the lady who returned Harry to us was also exceptionally compassionate and kind. Thank you very much for making this happen in a very short amount of time. And the people you work with are exceptional at what they do. They must do this sort of thing on a daily basis but to keep turning up and showing that amount of understanding to each different family is a skill and should be commended. Again, thank you.”

“Losing a beloved pet is hard. Bu was with us since she was a puppy. When she gone, I was at a loss but I knew that I wanted her to stay with us somehow. I wasn’t really prepared at all but all it took was a quick search and phone call on a weekend morning. James and the team were great and made it easier for me. I didn’t have to worry about anything else and didn’t feel any added stress. I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you everyone.”

“I cannot praise this caring group of people enough. The whole process was so well organised and so very personal. Everything was done in my time, no rushing. They thought of everything and I really could not have managed this on my own. The respect they showed to both myself and my beautiful Fonzie ( dog) was unparrelled. I would not hesitate to thoroughly recommend them.”

“There service was amazing. A late night call and they organised pick up early thr next morning. A beautiful package was dropped off only a couple days later which had our Beautiful urn and candle and extras. I would highly recommend Goodby Good Boy x”

“I couldn’t recommend Goodbye Good Boy highly enough. They are absolutely stunning - they made the pain of losing a beloved family pet a lot easier and more bearable. Very professional, warm and swift service. They gave follow up calls to make sure we were alright. It’s devastating losing a pet, but that’s the only downside of having pets - we outlive them. However, lovely people make sure it’s as painless as possible. When it happened I really had no idea what to do - as our pet was very young and such arrangements had never crossed my mind. Thankfully we found Goodbye Good Boy and a lot of stress was lifted off our shoulders. Thank you so much.”
