“Goodbye Good Boy wee very caring and professional when we had to say goodbye to our little Max. Everything was organised quickly and it was so nice to be able to say godbye in our own home, much more relaing for Max as well.”

“Goodbye good boy offered a prompt professional and compassionate experience for both our dear old Dog and us as a family. The cremation service used were also wonderful, delivering Mitzy‘s ashes in the most beautifully presented way. Very highly recommended”

“I cannot thank Goodbye Good Boy enough for the service they offer. We were faced with having to say goodbye to our two old sausies. From the time I made initial contact, through to the month following our goodbye, Goodbye Good Boy were kind, thoughtful and compassionate, making such a heartbreaking time so much easier for our family. The moment of having to say goodbye to our sausies was so incredibly peaceful, and for that I will be forever grateful. They passed together and are now resting forever together, the way they lived their lifes. I cannot recommend Goodbye Good Boy enough.”

“Cassandra and the Team at Goodbye Good Boy were just amazing. Everything was done smoothly, and that's honestly so helpful at such a stressful and awful time. They we compassionate and understanding, handling everything with so much care and so efficiently. Our boy Chacha deteriorated so quickly and suddenly and when we had to make the tough decision to send him off, we were able to arrange that so smoothly with Goodbye Good Boy. The vet that came to put our little man to sleep, Dr. Cooper, was also amazing as he was so gentle and kind. Our lil man Chacha came back to us hand-delivered by someone from the team. The partner crematorium, Bamganie, did a wonderful job with keepsakes. All in all, in such a tough moment in life Goodbye Good Boy were amazing with helping ease the burden and stress.”

“Thank you so much for your service. We could not have dreamt of a more peaceful passing for our beautiful boy Teddy. Melissa the vet was so kind and compassionate and gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye to our beloved family member. I could not fault the entire experience it was a lot more tranquil being in our own home, and Teddy’s snoring which we hadn’t heard in weeks gave us comfort that he was completely at ease walking across the rainbow bridge. Thank you again for helping pet parents give their loved one the best end of life possible. Kind Regards Teddy’s mum Loren”

“Losing Xander was hard but the team at Goodbye Good Boy made it a little easier, from arranging a vet on a Sunday evening, calling and emailing to make sure I was doing ok, arranging the crematorium (who were also fantastic) to giving me a digital print of my boy. Having their support was amazing, and knowing that they are there for me is such a big help. I recommend their services for anyone that loses a long loved furry friend. Thank you GGB team you are all amazing.❤️❤️”

“I am so impressed with this service. At such a difficult time in your life, you just want things to be as easy as possible and that's exactly what Goodbye Good Boy made me feel when I sadly had to say goodbye to my best friend. There was so much empathy from the initial phone call, to the vet service and even the after care - I received a follow up a few months on which shows this company do want the best service for their customers. I will always recommend this company for my great experience.”

Losing a canine friend that has been part of the family for so long is an upsetting time, but your services made it very easy to say good bye. “Was a beautiful experience, something I’ll remember for the rest of my life. Having my Three adult children who grew up with my beautiful girl will treasured forever we were all there to support and love her. There was nothing but love in the room, yes it was sad and it still is but you could feel the love and the connection between us alll I couldn’t have asked for a better way to have said goodbye to our fur baby. She is so missed, and loved she has left a hole in our family but we made the right choice out of live for her.”

“It was a very sad day for me, but Goodbye Good Boy were very good, Sandra the vet arrived on time and run through the procedure, she gave me time to say good by to Bella and she carried out what she had to do in my time. I still miss Bella every day but she went peacefully, thanks to Goodbye Good Boy.”

“Such a peaceful and loving goodbye to my beautiful Doberman, Ramy. It was all done with such dignity and zero stress for my boy who had bone cancer. I highly recommend when the time comes to any dog owner that needs to make the tough decision to reach out to this company. I also loved the fact they did two follow up calls to ensure we are okay following the loss of Ramy. ❤️”

“We really appreciated the great job done by Goodbye Good Boy when it was time to say goodbye to our beloved cat Sam. They were caring, respectful, gentle, and it was so much better than stressing him out with a trip to the vet. They let us take our time, and all the little touches really helped too, from the nice setup in the car to take him away, to advising our vet, and the follow up phone calls to check on us. A truly great service and I would not hesitate to recommend Goodbye Good Boy to anyone facing this tough situation.”
