“When we had to say goodbye to our beloved girl we were at a loss. She was actually our sons girl but he didn’t want to watch her die in a cold sterile veterinary surgery, he looked online and found Goodbye Good Boy, so I rang them when she was clearly in so much pain and we knew she was ready to go. I remember it was just 5 pm and I couldn’t of met a lovelier more understanding girl on the other end of the line she organised a vet who again had a beautiful heart of empathy she explained everything that would happen step by step answered our questions and by 5.55 pm our girl was out of pain the vet stayed with us and was so caring , even asked if she could give me a hug . I would not hesitate for a second to call them again or to recommend them . Thank you once again Goodbye Good Boy . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Thank you for this service. I’ve said goodbye to a few furry friends over the years. When we knew it was time to say goodbye to our Ellie one of the hardest things we’ve had to do it was made a little easier with your help. The kindness you showed from our first phone call was really appreciated. The vet who attended our home and assisted as we said our final goodbye was very patient and empathetic. Thankyou again. We miss our Ellie every day and are grateful for the video you put together for us too. I’d recommend your service to anyone who unfortunately has to do the same with their furbaby, Your compassion during this difficult time was appreciated and it was very peaceful for our Ellie. Thankyou again”

“I cannot recommend Goodbye Good Boy highly enough. From first contact, to the vet who came to my home, to the person who returned Snoopy to me, and the follow up check in a few weeks later, the service was outstanding. Making the decision to say goodbye to Snoopy was one of the hardest things I’ve done, but was eased by the care, compassion and empathy from all staff involved with Goodbye Good Boy. Thank you 🐾🌈”

“From the initial phone call with Corrine? to the subsequent calls with Cassandra I couldn't have felt more supported whilst making this heart breaking decision for our girl Penny. They both spoke to me with such empathy and helped me navigate the next steps. We were so grateful to have Dr Melissa come to our house and help us set Penny free. She was so calm and gentle and put us at ease during our most difficult time. She treated Penny with love and dignity and supported us through the process, not once rushing us during our goodbyes and making sure we had as much time as we needed to say our final farewell to our girl. As she drove away we were comforted that Dr Melissa was caring for her as if she were her own and know she was in good hands. Goodbye Good Boy made the most difficult day so much easier by being so warm, caring and gentle. Highly recommended and thank you once again for supporting us and Penny during this time.”

“Goodbye good boy offered a prompt professional and compassionate experience for both our dear old Dog and us as a family. The cremation service used were also wonderful, delivering Mitzy‘s ashes in the most beautifully presented way. Very highly recommended”

“I cannot thank Goodbye Good Boy enough for the service they offer. We were faced with having to say goodbye to our two old sausies. From the time I made initial contact, through to the month following our goodbye, Goodbye Good Boy were kind, thoughtful and compassionate, making such a heartbreaking time so much easier for our family. The moment of having to say goodbye to our sausies was so incredibly peaceful, and for that I will be forever grateful. They passed together and are now resting forever together, the way they lived their lifes. I cannot recommend Goodbye Good Boy enough.”

“Cassandra and the Team at Goodbye Good Boy were just amazing. Everything was done smoothly, and that's honestly so helpful at such a stressful and awful time. They we compassionate and understanding, handling everything with so much care and so efficiently. Our boy Chacha deteriorated so quickly and suddenly and when we had to make the tough decision to send him off, we were able to arrange that so smoothly with Goodbye Good Boy. The vet that came to put our little man to sleep, Dr. Cooper, was also amazing as he was so gentle and kind. Our lil man Chacha came back to us hand-delivered by someone from the team. The partner crematorium, Bamganie, did a wonderful job with keepsakes. All in all, in such a tough moment in life Goodbye Good Boy were amazing with helping ease the burden and stress.”

“Thank you so much for your service. We could not have dreamt of a more peaceful passing for our beautiful boy Teddy. Melissa the vet was so kind and compassionate and gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye to our beloved family member. I could not fault the entire experience it was a lot more tranquil being in our own home, and Teddy’s snoring which we hadn’t heard in weeks gave us comfort that he was completely at ease walking across the rainbow bridge. “Losing Xander was hard but the team at Goodbye Good Boy made it a little easier, from arranging a vet on a Sunday evening, calling and emailing to make sure I was doing ok, arranging the crematorium (who were also fantastic) to giving me a digital print of my boy. Having their support was amazing, and knowing that they are there for me is such a big help. I recommend their services for anyone that loses a long loved furry friend. Thank you GGB team you are all amazing.❤️❤️”

“I am so impressed with this service. At such a difficult time in your life, you just want things to be as easy as possible and that's exactly what Goodbye Good Boy made me feel when I sadly had to say goodbye to my best friend. There was so much empathy from the initial phone call, to the vet service and even the after care - I received a follow up a few months on which shows this company do want the best service for their customers. I will always recommend this company for my great experience.”
