“I couldn’t think of a better company to have helped me send my baby off to her next adventure in the afterlife. The vet that came was so kind and lovely and explained everything and all my dealings with the company were easy and seamless. Highly recommend.”

“14 years ago I continued my journey through life with Tyson the Beagle by my side. Things were certainly so much better with him around. Saying goodbye of course was extremely difficult, but from the moment I picked up the phone and called Goodbye Good Boy all there was left for me to do was be there for Tyson in his last few hours. The care and service was impeccable. I’m so glad I had the team at Goodbye Good Boy there to take charge and give my boy Tyson the send off he deserved.”

“The experience I had with Goodbye Good Boy was very touching. I didn't expect my boy Greyworm to deteriorate so quickly. I had a feeling he was going pass away before the morning. And I felt panic as it was 7pm already. I knew the local vet and everything was closed. I did not want Greyworm to pass away in pain. I thought the only option was the animal emergency. But I didn't want Greyworm to be anxious in his last moments on earth, as those places are very hectic. I did some quick research for home euthanasia on my phone. Previously, I knew nothing about it let alone knew this sort of thing existed. I found Goodbye Good Boy and gave them a call. The team responded with a compassionate open ear and acted swiftly to help my Greyworm as much as possible. Everything was organised within 30 minutes including details, paperwork, cremation/burial/urn options, digital signature (a very very easy procedure), payment and a home visit doctor to come out to my home. Shortly within only 2 hours, wonderful and kind Dr Chad came out and met the family and assisted Greyworm to peacefully, without pain, in comfort, with dignity, in company of family surrounding him, pass over to the other side. Greyworm the good boy closed his eyes and fell asleep with a smile on his little face with all of us close around him. Thank you so much to the team at Goodbye Good Boy. It almost felt like you became part of Greyworm's family in the last hours of his life. Truely grateful of your service to people, your kindness, empathy and compassion. Love, Greyworm's family”

“What a wonderful service, having the option to say goodbye to our beautiful fur baby at home with the support of vets, nurses and service staff. Everyone was so caring and soft during our service. “Reaching out to Goodbye Good Boy at such a difficult time made the whole experience much easier to deal with and much less stressful. We were able to say goodbye to our beautiful boy in our own home with all our family with him. Everyone was so lovely to deal with and the vet who came out was so gentle and caring and patient. I would definitely recommend using Goodbye Good Boy when it’s time to say goodbye to a loving pet ❤️”

“The team were so supportive and helpful during the most painful loss I have ever experienced. They were reassuring when I wasnt sure if it was time for euthanasia - and I got to chat openly about quality of life so I was sure I was making the right decision. The vet was very gentle, very respectful and very understanding. They made an awful time a peaceful one, and I was offered counselling and someone to talk to if I needed it. About a week later my furbabies ashes were returned to me, and although nothing in this world can replace him it was clear they treated him with dignity and respect. i was grateful to be able to use Zip Pay, and the staff were very helpful when I was trying to work it all out. I will be forever grateful of GBGB for treating my little soulmate like the precious being he was, and I highly recommend them if you have need of this service. Thank you guys, you are Angels x”

“I have nothing but praise for this company. They were really there for my husband and I when we had to make the heartbreaking decision to to say goodbye to our dog Steven. From the minute you contact them they guide you through the whole process. The vets who came to our place were so kind and the procedure was very professional and delicate. As sad as it is to lose a beloved pet, they did make it easier. Our boy isn't suffering anymore. If you need to say goodbye to your pet and you're finding it too hard to take them to the vet and you want the most beautiful service and care, go with these guys.”

“This is one company who actually truly cares about you and your furbaby. Not only was there support and compassion from the first phone call but even after my baby went to forever sleep I received a follow up call checking in on me and my other furbaby. I recommend Goodbye Good Boy to anyone who has to make the difficult decision of sending their furbaby over the rainbow and whilst I hope I won’t need this service ever again, if I do, they will be the company I use.”

“I had such a great experience with goodbye good boy. The vet arrived at my house and was very patient with timing for me to prepare myself. He explained everything he was going to do prior to the procedure. The whole process was very quick and afterwards the vet gave me as much time as I need to say goodbye to my baby. He then wrapped her in a blanket and very respectfully carried her out the his car and placed her gently on the back seat of the car. On return of Bonnie's ashes I was delighted to receive a card with her paw print and some of her fur,which I was not expecting. A few weeks later I had a follow up call from the staff to check in on me. Overall was extremely happy. Thanks for making a hard decision a positive one.”

“Dr Chad thoroughly explained the whole procedure that was going to take place. He was happy to take any questions we had for him at any time during the procedure. Very professional and soft spoken, nothing was rushed through. Would highly recommend him and the company to anyone that has to go through this experience.”
