“Good food not delivered, 2 emails so far and still no answer as to when it will arrive, I hope the expire date is not too soon.order arrive and is exactly what I ordered no complaints there,customer service needs speeding up and tracking sorted.”

“It takes a while to get my items. I waited over a week for them. They are packaged okay. Not all the plastic bags the food opis in are label. There's is one bag item where there's a tear along the seal. Alothough the seal is still in take but it's a worry. The bags smell a bit after opening. A plastic like smell. However, everything was packed securely.”
“Disappointed 2 items replaced as out of stock 250gms of yogurt coated raisins had to be be disposed of as can’t eat should have been chocolate covered.”
“Whist the food was tasty, will not be ordering again as still waiting for a response to an item missing from the order which was paid for, so not impressed with customer services, have asked either the seaweed crackers be sent out or a refund for them missing be given.”
“Good flavour fruit and nuts, however after order 13 100gram bags of fruits and nuts 6 of them were underweight. The other 7 were hiwver slightly over if not bang on 100grams. After I decided the email the company to complain a out the lack of grams on the 6 bags after 4 days and sending photos of proof I received a 15% refund. Communication was slow but the food itself was lovely.”
“The dried fruit was good, nice tasting apart from the Kiwi which others agreed didnt really taste of anything. The Melon chunks tasted the best.
Also, some of the fruit was pretty well stuck together, understandable as it's sugar etc but for example the strawberries were one congealed mass which had to be picked apart.”
“I ordered 600g of Turkish delight and only received 200g sent an email to customer service and sent pictures got a email back saying bad resolution resent the pictures still haven’t heard back, dissatisfied customer. The cake mix wasn’t very good either. Sorry”
“I was disapointed with the goods everything was melted and didn't look very appertizeing and half the goods weren't labeled so I didn't know what was in the bags yes I'd say I was very disapointed dont think I'll be ordering from you any time soon”
“I ordered a selection to try. Some are nice some not so nice! Strawberries are not great and the kiwi has a slightly odd texture. Mango is lovely as are the apricots and apple. Sesame cashews are fab. Biggest issue is selling these as "healthy". They are certainly natural with no added nasties but they are VERY high in sugar. Sugar is sugar regardless of whether it is natural or not! So some delicious, some meh and lots and lots of sugar.”
