“Very disgruntled customer. Still waiting for my order some 10 days after ordering and been told it will be at least another 10 days. Won't be ordering from them again. Appalling customer service as was told basically just wait for it.”

“Up until this order all has been fine.
But this order was paid for, and confirmed on the 06/08/25.
So far I have received 1/3rd of the order, 2 x 250 grm bags of honey cashews.
I am still waiting the other 1 kg to arrive.
I have emailed the company twice, with no response.
Untill I was asked to review my delivery. No mention of the previous 2 emails sent.
Hopefully this will spur them on and complete my order.
I am not happy with the service that has not been provided.
