I have spent last few days triying to find out what has happened to my goods from YODEL. There only reply is that it was posted through my letterbox
Which I find is rediculous as am sure you will agree it would not fit through a letterbox
I did ask if you would investigate a few days ago but no reply
Again I would ask you to intervene as YODEL refuse to answer”

“I have Not Received any of the items I have send you 2 email asking for help . So yodel put the package were my bins are which is on the road Side they could have brought it up the 20 steps to my front door . I feel it was to much effort. So now I am £44 down with no food”
