“Placed an order before Christmas , only half arrived and after numerous emails and proof by the invoice that it was never included when packed the situation is still not sorted nearly 4 weeks later, it’s an utter disgrace!!! Will not recommend the company to anyone,”

Unfortunately I am still yet to receive this order 2 weeks later as they have decided to use Yodel as a delivery service which are the worst delivery company in the UK with the highest customer dissatisfaction and missed targets. Would be a 5 star if I got my parcel on time which was supposed to be over a week ago whilst I’m stuck on Yodels chat who always say it will be delivered today”
“Customer service is a joke. Had a nuts and cracker gift platter missing. Had 2 bags of roasted and salted pistachios missing and also a bag of dried apricots missing. After numerous emails it's clear I'm now being ignored despite providing a proof of postage label. Would never ever use this company again. TERRIBLE.”
“I was incredibly disappointed despite having sent these presence as well to 2 relatives who are delighted with the box and they arrived pre-Christmas. This was destined to arrive with me before New Year and it failed to do so it was about a week after that and I didn't I wrote several letters to you Asking you to please cancel the order because I wouldn't have anyone here to participate and enjoy it. I'm being a pensioner living alone. It's far too much for me and not what I would eat anyway I'm just incredibly disappointed that none of my emails were responded to the goods were delivered quite a few days after I asked to cancel the order. The order was guaranteed to be there within 24 hours or to be here within 24 hours and it just wasn't it was about a week later. It's ridiculous anyway the parcel sitting in my porch -2 bags one was there honey coated nuts on the other was the chocolate coated Brazil's the chocolate I was very disappointed with it was very fatty. The other nuts are absolutely delicious but the whole box is just sitting out in the pool, you know I haven't got the need for it nor the desire for it.
I look forward to hearing from you with respect to this and possibly you can pass on the message that people do email. They're expecting a delivery and it's going to be more than 48 hours late then possibly you can follow their instructions to cancel the delivery because it was another four or five days before I got it.
Best wishes for the New Year I had previously recommended your company to people saying you how good it was. With the New Year's Eve delivery,you really let me down, it was about a week late and request to cancel were ignored. Your parcel is sitting in the porch because as I said I had no need for it after New Year if you guarantee a delivery date then you should stick by it.

It never turned up, as a disabled pert I rarely go out so there was no reason for it to be returned in the first place and I rely on order deliveries and work to a very strict budget. “Be wary of what it says on website and what is delivered. It says on website all natural but on product it has sugar as an ingredient. Queried it was told all natural sugar ended up binning it as avoiding sugar. Not sure if what is going on shame as dried mixed berries was nice but now that doubt about the ingredients has put me off.”
