“Your nuts are okay but all the fruit variety (apple, papaya, kiwi) are too dry and hard, and are therefore too chewy and difficult to swallow.

“The parcel arrived 4 days after a review was requested,having been re-packed and taped by the post office with an apology from them for the state of the goods.
The contents were jumbled, poorly packaged,missing some labeling.
I boubt that I will ever use this company again”
“Two items out of 5 ordered were replaced without asking if they were acceptable. They weren't. So I have spent money unnecessarily. . I have informed them but have had no satisfactory reply.
Asking me to review cristalised pineapple rings is a joke, that is one product which was replaced with chewed up pineapple bits.”
“Free ‘next day delivery’ for spending over £30 turned out to be free delivery in 3 days! Disappointed with some of the products like strawberry Turkish delight & anything chocolate covered/flavoured. But sweet/honey covers nuts are delicious. I was also not impressed with substitutions that were made due to out of stock items-as I was not given notice of the changes and discovered them when opening my delivery”
“I consider myself totally mislead about the ingredients for the dried Kiwi, Strawberries, Melon, Papaya; description said 100% however on package it states sugar. I am diabetic and whereby I can eat whole fruit extra sugar is not good so I am uncertain as to whether I shall be able to eat the fruits I have purchased.”
“Was disappointed with my order, out of seaweed snacks so large coated peanuts replaced them. The smaller coated peanuts I could not eat they were so hard, nearly broke a tooth. Unable to detect much flavour in them! I don't think I will order again your company seems to be a delivery service the contents a most packets has broken bits in them too.”

Also ordered £20 voucher as a gift which didn't arrive. I messaged them and apart from a short note asking for more time to investigate heard no more. After three more emails I am still waiting for my voucher almost a month later. Poor customer service.”
“Your product is excellent but your customer service is the worst I have encountered. I am 76 year old retired business owner and I have known many good and bad customer service, never had such shocking experience, which has gone on since March and is still not resolved in fact I have not even been responded to, maybe you can wave a wand.”
