“Overall I have been very pleased with the orders I have placed and received, however the pork crackling I received was very chewy and soft as if the packet had been left open and the chocolate brazils didn't taste very much like chocolate”

“Up until this order all has been fine.
But this order was paid for, and confirmed on the 06/08/25.
So far I have received 1/3rd of the order, 2 x 250 grm bags of honey cashews.
I am still waiting the other 1 kg to arrive.
I have emailed the company twice, with no response.
Untill I was asked to review my delivery. No mention of the previous 2 emails sent.
Hopefully this will spur them on and complete my order.
I am not happy with the service that has not been provided.
