“Not all goods as advertised. Dried kiwi is not 100% kiwi as stated on the website but contains sugars and preservatives as labelled on the package. Tried submitting a query and still no response.”
“Aside from the bar mix which nobody likes (please don’t send it again 😂) we’ve really enjoyed the selection. The snack tray was a good incentive, but we hadn’t expected it to be cardboard so it’s not going to last very long - it’s like a cereal box.”
“The snacks are okay but quite sugary. We ordered two variety packs and only one was delivered. To date, I have sent four emails in the past week but this has not yet been resolved. If customers pay for two items, they expect to receive two items, not to be ignored and left to wonder if anyone is going to bother getting back to them.”
