“My order number is 67881
I was not happy with my transaction with above company. I placed an order which included a box of Baklava at £8.99. When putting my order through, I was given a pop up deal of a box of Baklava at half price of £9 from £18.
I was totally disgusted to find that I received the exact same size box of Baklava but actually paid more, than the box I ordered.
This is misrepresentation and false advertising.
What angered me more, was the fact that I have emailed them twice and been totally ignored both times.
I certainly would not recommend this company to anyone.

“Received my order with wrong item sent but paid for a more expensive item I never received, the nuts tasted old and soft most of my order went in the bin.

“Sent me a wrong product with no warning or communication. They told me what I ordered was out of stock so they sent a replacement (completely different product) but it was in stock when I ordered, and has been in stock on their website ever since. I asked for a refund for the item I was not sent and offered to send the replacement they sent back but I have had no reply.
At any point they could have notified me the item I paid for was out of stock (if it truly is?) But instead they sent me and charged me for something I didn't want and can't use.”

“What a disaster!! They sent me a dispatch notice and a tracking number when they haven't even processed my order. I am still waiting for customer service to pull their heads out of the sand and deal with my missing order. This is totally unacceptable.”

I asked for and update which customer service replied on 13/02 that had asked the warehouse to investigate and to give them time!! Then (I assume an automatic) part of your organisations asks me to review a product not yet received?”
