“I’ve been ordering from here for a while, absolutely love the pecans as I’ve recently found out due to intolerances they’re one of only nuts I can now eat and this place has yummy ones, but not been keen on random substitutions.
I’ve recently had a large portion (over £25 worth of goods) missing from my last order. I got a reasonably quick response to initial contact requesting pictures etc and since then nothing. I’ve email 2-3 more times over last 2 weeks and no response. It seems to be since I informed them 7 out of the 8 bags of 100gm pecan bags were missing! I’m currently contacting payment provider to see if I can do anything that way, if not I’ll be escalating issue as from what I’ve read, this could become a legal matter.
Shame really as up until now I’ve ordered regularly and been a loyal customer. I’ve tried to be patient but the customer service is appalling.”

“This was my second order, but unfortunately I’m a lot less satisfied this time.
Several items were swapped out for inappropriate items. When I added up what I was sent compared to what I paid for, I had paid £4.84 more and even though I emailed I was just fobbed off with ‘supply chain issues’ and so far, no refund.
I also had 3 packs of fruit that were not labelled at all. I’m not impressed with their customer service, even though they replied to the first email very quickly, I still haven’t heard back regarding my refund, nor about the unlabelled food.”
“Still waiting outcome of reolution centre regarding solution of sending alternative item to my order that i found awful. Said i had binned it but you still insisted i retun it. Not my fault you could'nt fulfill my order.”

when I placed my order the salted pork crackling was in stock, when I received my order there was sticker on a bag saying "Out of stock" inside there was some nasty stale soft stuff that tasted awful. would it be much better to let the customer choose an alternative rather than you just foisting some stale rubbish on them instead? Definately will not be ordering from you ever again, told my friends as well not to bother.”

“My paecel was not delivered post office sent it back saying it was damaged then said I had refused it what a load of untruths. Now goodfooddelivered wants me to pay postage to have it redelivered. As I have never seen the parcel on principle I refuse to pay a redilevry fee. I needed this parcel for Friday 13 dec. They say the problem has been sent to manager to decide what to do. If it is not received by Friday I would like my money refunded and not use them again. This is a shame as I have used them in the past and their products are good”

“whilst the produce was good I paid a substantial amount for express delivery which did not come in the time frame. When I asked why this was I was told it was still sent on 48-hour delivery so would never have been received within the delivery window anyway. Very disappointing and I lost sales and income as a result.”
