Gave a short returns period for a Christmas gift which means I am unable to change the size now. Messaged to have this sorted out and they never replied tonight me. I shop a lot at this store so very disappointed. Sadly more likely to shop elsewhere now.

Great selection of items and usually very obliging staff, but delivery times are poor. Having to pay for orders/returns also differentiates you negatively versus other retailers.

Next day delivery takes over a week
Wrong items delivered
New items are ex display
Returns policy does not include collection
Customer service rep is good - but probably has a lot of practice as the rest of the operation is really poor.

I purchased this item before going away on holiday for two weeks. They were there when I got home but unfortunately they had been wrongly listed as size ‘S’ on the website. In fact, they were size ‘5’ based on Folks standard numbered sizing. So, there actually XL and did not fit me. As your returns is only 14 days I can’t return them so overall I’m not at all happy with the customer service here.

Ordered the sweatshirt, slightly high delivery cost compared to other similar independent retailers. Then to be charged even more to return it seems very fortuitous. Won't be ordering with Goodhood again unless they change delivery policy (happy to pay for delivery but then expect free returns, or vice versa - this is generally the norm).
