“Well I was happy with my A/C purchase from Goodman, that is until the unit broke down and had to try and use the warranty. They claim to have the best warranty in the business, truth is all they will cover is the part, even though the part broke down less than half way through the warranty period, pretty much open ended for the contractor to charge you what ever they want to make the needed repairs.
My home warranty is better than this.
People are not unhappy with the service they provide, they are sickened by the "warranty" misrepresentation.
I will not be giving anyone advice to purchase from Goodman nor Lennox. Their warranties are a puff of smoke. Their customers are not unhappy with the service they provide, but are sickened by the warranty misrepresentation.”
