“The customer service is excellent! However the shoes, although I really loved them, we not UK size or fitting sadly I had to return them. Customer services advised me they would contact the manufacturers for a more accurate fitting guide.”

“Shoes are despatched quickly and arrived when expected. I had issues with my last few orders with the wrong sized shoes being sent but this was down to the different sizing of the Saltwater sandals. Customer services were prompt at dealing with the issue and new shoes were sent out immediately. Will continue to use and would recommend.”

“Excellent, from moment of purchase until receipt of sandals - great communications. Great value for adult Salt-water sandals with clear guidance on which size to order as shoes are marked in US size. Oh and as for the sandals - Salt-water originals, what's not to love.......retro, cute, no rub from first wear, cushion soles would make these 100% perfect rather than 99%, but i've added a clear gel arch support which is totally invisible once on and walked 4 miles in bliss.”
