“I have been looking to buy some sandals for my holidays and found the pair I was after on this sute, the delivery was very fast and the shoes were perfect I couldn't fault them in any way!!! I will be coming back!!!”

We do apologise that you were sent the incorrect size shoes, however as we have explained to you, it clearly states in our terms and conditions, which you agree to when you place an order, that we can only accept products back in the state they were purchased in. The fact that we mistakenly sent the incorrect size does not void this agreement, If this error had been brought to our attention before the shoes were worn, we could have immediately resolved the issue for you. I understand that you did not realise the shoes were the wrong size until you had been wearing them over the course of a few weeks, but by wearing the shoes outdoors you are deemed to have accepted the order. Our offer still stands for the 20% off your next order as we do understand your frustration, unfortunately, this is all we can offer you as we must follow our company policy. Again, we really do apologise for the inconvenience caused.

“Loved it! I ordered a pair of Arizona Birkenstocks and it came in much quicker than I thought! The expected arrival was from four to twenty something days (I think it was 26 days?), I received mine in just four days! The sandals came it just fine too, no damage when I opened the box.”

“Prompt delivery by courier, Klarna pay later option, free returns using pre-paid label, prompt notification of return and refund made right away. Great service. The only thing I wished they had was an easier way to exchange - I wanted a bigger size but the only way to do it seemed to be to return the small pair then place a new order online for the larger pair. Love the sandals as well!”
