“Ordered tan solillas in a size 8 and tried one on and it fit perfectly but unfortunately when I went to try the other one on was to small on inspection it was a size 6. Can't fault customer services they were apologetic and issued a refund as unfortunately no more size 8 in stock so was gutted.”

“Ich habe aus Deutschland bestellt und war zunächst sehr skeptisch. Aber die positive Bewertung (und vor allem der günstigere Preis als bei anderen Namenhaften Schoestores) hat mich doch überzeugt. Die Schuhe waren sehr schnell da. Das erste paar musste leider wieder zurück, weil sie nicht gepasst haben. Auch das klappte reibungslos. Jetzt bin ich glückliche Besitzerin meiner neuen (soo bequemen!) Schuhe... :) vielen Dank!”

“The velcro means they fit my feet, when most other shoes don't. They have cushion soles and so comfortable. Please never stop stocking Earth Spirit shoes.”

“The service was fantastic. I placed my order one morning and received the shoes the next morning!!! Unfortunately, I had to return the shoes as they were the wrong size but the process was very simple and I received my refund within days. I am now re-ordering the correct size. Brilliant!!”

“Good ordering system, a slight hiccup initially as the site would not show "collect at store option". It turned out that the make of shoes, Lotus, will not offer this option. Eventually sorted via the phone.”
