“I originally tried to order 2 pairs of Gabor Amy shoes (Ocean & Black), on the evening of the 1st of May. As I was unsuccessful, I tried to telephone your premises first thing on the Tuesday morning (2nd of May) and was connected to a recorded message stating that your premises were closed. I pressed option 4, and a lovely girl/lady apologized for this error and offered to help me. Sadly, I cannot remember her name, but she was so very helpful, courteous, friendly AND ABOVE ALL, she actually 'listened' to my request. On delivery of the shoes I thought that they were too similar in colour to keep both pairs, so I decided to keep the Ocean colour. The black shoes were so much more comfortable than the Ocean, so I rang to ask if you had another pair which you could send out to me in the ocean colour for me to try. Unfortunately, you didn't have another 6.5 in stock, but I was advised immediately that another pair could be sent out directly from Gabor. I was delighted at this offer and readily accepted. I returned the black pair immediately, the same day of them being delivered to me. Today the replacement Ocean shoes arrived and they fit perfectly :) I rang Freda on the arrival of the replacement Ocean shoes and informed her that I am delighted with the fitting, and that I will be keeping them. As I didn't have a return label, Freda is going to send a bag out to my home address, for me to return the original Ocean pair (Obviously, still brand new, in the box, UNWORN). Unfortunately,Freda had a few problems with my credit card payment, which were NOT her fault. She was so VERY apologetic all through the transaction, Freda too was very courteous, polite, professional, patient AND friendly at all times. Like the other girl/lady she actually 'listened', which I mentioned earlier is Very rare I will certainly be recommending your company to all family and friends. The two ladies that I dealt with are a credit to your team - well done 'girls' Platinum service - * * * * *”
