“Shoes were great but 1 pair was small- the return would have cost 39.00 in shipping- almost the cost of the shoes.... So I had to keep them and hope I can recover the money. Ordered another smaller pair from somewhere else that offered free returns.”

“The lady on the phone was so helpful in rearranging a pair of shoes in a smaller size and they arrived in super quick time. The refund for the larger size was very quickly back in my account with no problems. Very professional.”

“the service was excellent but the Fit Flops (Lulu)too loose. They do not fit snugly. Not comfortable as they are too loose and getting looser with wear.”
