“The "security seal" on the box packaging was broken therefore could not guarantee product was brand new. The packaging box was squashed in a Jiffy bag therefore this could have caused the seal being broken but I will never know for sure if this was a brand new product or just damaged in transit. This incident has put me off recommending or using Go Opticians again.”

“Arrived in a couple of days and before the estimated date. Very pleased as have been using Sauflon for several years but this treble pack was much cheaper than I normally pay at the opticians.”

“Since having brain surgery a couple of months ago ive been left with Facial palsy and dry eye so im looking for a reliable seller of Xailin eye gel as it is preservative free which is better for me, i ordered 3 different samples from goopticians to test delivery speed and accuracy,after about a week 2 of the samples came as described, the main item i was interested in the xailin gel didnt arrive there was simply a note on the delivery invoice stating on back order, no details if the sample would be delivered or not. Not a very good first impression.”

Samples are subject to availability and it was unfortunate that the product you were most interested with was out of stock. These are supplied free of charge from the manufacturer we do not have full control over stock levels. We would be pleased to send you a full size Xailin Gel today via Royal mail 1st class post. “I have been using the hot compressor but it hasn't helped my eye yet, so I rated it normal as nothing generally is happening now but it might after i have used it several times. The mask is better than using a flannel with hot water because you can keep it on your eyes without any heat being lost too quickly. Also it's in good condition and I'm hoping it will help my eye to get rid of this blepharitis. Thanks. Y x”
