“Competive prices and a very wide range of products. Great service. Very quick replies to email and resolutions to any issues. Minus a star for not informing me that items I've ordered not being in stock. This was resolved quickly but only after I contacted gooseberry myself.”

“Excellent service. I absolutely cannot fault with anything. From ordering to delivery of the product everything went smoothly. I received a tracking number for the parcel the next day I ordered and within 2 days received my parcel. The Product I ordered was Moroccan Oil which I have to admit honestly is a great product. Non greasy and can also be used as a styling agent. It smells great unlike cheap oils with similar ingredients..”

“The delivery wasn't on time but as soon as I contacted them they refunded the p&p immediately. Attentive and friendly staff that are easy to get hold of via email.”

“Disappointed with having to contact company to chase my first order. They kindly gave me 10% in my next order. Decided to try them again - made two orders. First order arrived on the date suggested but sadly I'm still waiting for my second order - it is now 8 days after the date suggested it will arrive. I have had to email the company to chase my order . Disappointed”

“Ordered 30th March, not delivered by 10th April, queried. Quick reply advised goods damaged, should have had a message. Given 10% future discount coupon. Goods sent out 16th arrived in a battered box 18th.”
