“I have placed an order on the 11th of August and 15 days later have had no parcel delivered to me. Gooseberry's has made contact regarding a lost parcel and apparently sent it again after being out of stock. But still waiting for my shampoo :(”

“In the few times I have used Gooseberry there hasn't been a problem. On this purchase it has also been very good but the item packaging was damaged which may well have been done by Royal Mail”
