“Orders placed x2, neither received and fobbed off with emails and lies over the phone. Still no refund of £52.94. Steer well clear! Obviously clock your phone number and don't answer the phone when you ring. Orders placed June/July 2018. Very disappointed and annoyed!”

“Very good size 500ml of twin pack shampoo and conditioner. Nice delicate smell. Leaves hair nice and soft. I would by it again.”

“Good service with ordering online and prompt delivery. Very disappointed with the sticky tape put over my bottles, I assume this was to stop them from leaking. Having removed the tape, it has stripped the colour off my bottles and left a very sticky residue. This is a real shame because it looks like I have picked the products up from the reduced section when I actually paid full price.”
