“This parcel was to be delivered while my husband was in the UK - we live in New Zealand. It didn't arrive until after he left and when my mother in law posted it on to me it was the wrong product - a dry conditioner which is not what I ordered !! It wasn't worth posting the incorrect product back to you from NZ.”

“My order never arrived so I should rate them poorly. However the customer service was so good when i e-mailed to say it hadn't arrived (they first emailed to apologise and ask if I'd like a refund or replacement then, within 2 hours had worked out what had happened to my order and rectified it) that I can't do anything but recommend them.”
