“Gooseberry, for some inexplicable reason, decided to completely cover the item (not the package, but the item itself) in some kind of super strength packaging tape. It took a long time to get it off so the item was presentable as a gift, and even longer to get off all the adhesive it left behind. I had to buy adhesive remover it was so strong. If you are buying for yourself and you don't mind something looking crap then its fine, but if its a gift don't bother. I will buy from Boots next time.”

“I must say after reading previous reviews i was a little worried that my order was not going to arrive or if it did i would have to wait a long time for it to arrive. What nonsense i wish i had not read any reviews, i was kept informed the whole time from ordering my shampoo and conditioner and received my goods exactly 7 working days from placing my order. 10/10 will definetly be ordering again. Also very competitively priced.”

“My hair is notoriously unmanageable. (Lots of fine, wavy strands). My barber uses this on my head when I get it cut so thought I'd buy it for home use. Apply to damp hair and it makes styling so much easier, with far better results for me.”
