“I ordered a 125ml bottle of hair product. I wasn't aware it'd arrive in 100ml plus separate bottles 5x 5mls :( Good communication and fast postage”

“When I didnt receive my order i contacted the company by email who said that they would look into it. Dont know what happened but there was some kind of mixup, but this was resolved very quickly and my order was dispatched immediately. I would use this company again.”

“Website easy to use. Delivered in good time. Only problem was the picture does not match the product (conditioner only). What I saw was not what I got! Picture is a bottle, goods came in a tube.....description was correct though.”

“Fantastic customer service, really helpful. When my order hadn't arrived, they sent it out again to arrive the following day with bonus goodies enclosed. All in time for my holiday. I would highly recommend them and I would definitely buy from them again.”

“Very pleased with service, after a bit of an anxious time - when I ordered my item I had a confirmation twice so was worried i was charged twice. Also had a note to contact them as there had been a problem. Sent an email and it was replied to next day and confirmed that only one order was made and one payment taken. Order delivered within a few days.”

“I ordered a 125ml bottle of morrocan oil, but I recieved a 100ml bottle and 4 10 ml bottles which wasn't what I ordered and I think it is slightly cheeky!”

“Ordered 125ml of moroccan oil and received 140ml made up of 1x 100ml bottle and 4x 10ml bottles. Very happy, and the small bottles are an added bonus which we can travel with. Delivery was as stated and included email updates. Very happy with the service.”
