“Really helpful when my first order failed to arrive. Easy to get through to on the phone. They were very apologetic and rectified things quickly. Great prices on products.”

“Initially received the wrong order. However on reporting this I was given clear instructions on how to return and immediately shipped the correct products. Only reason I gave 4 stars is the inconvenience of having to repost and pay for packaging for the incorrect order. Great customer service though. Would definitely use them again.”

“Good delivery service but I did not get what I ordered. I ordered 2 x 500 ml shampoo and conditioner. I got 4 x 250 ml. Whilst all in all I got 500 of each I wanted the 500 ml for a specific reason not the smaller one's. If you couldn't provide me with what I wanted you should have asked me before substituting it.”
