“Paid extra postage for 2-3 day delivery. Technical problems at company meant my parcel was delayed and did not arrive in the specified time. I was promised a refund of the extra postage I had paid, but I am still waiting for that.”

“Original items were out of stock so I asked for alternatives. Dealt with a lovely person called Emma who sent my order 2 days later. Delighted with my items. Had to phone them regarding my order hence 4 stars, otherwise it would have been 5 stars! Products are fab and very good prices. Yes I would use Gooseberry again.”
