“The price was good but the item took a while to arrive. When it arrived I unwrapped it and popped it in my drawer. A couple of days later, when I used it, it wasn't the correct item. I wasn't aware there was a similar product and I had been sent Reflection Masque Chromatique. Disappointing.”

“Very impressed with the good price, which is why we choose to purchase from them. Received a confirmation email straightaway. All good. Didn't hear anything from them at all--no confirmation, no delivery update, nothing. Two weeks later (not within 5 working days) we thankfully received the item in the post. No issue with the item itself; it's just that we're used to updates and confirmation emails, so it was rather unnerving when we hadn't received the package for two weeks. We were actually going to contact gooseberry that afternoon, but thankfully the package arrived.”
