I placed an order on 18/06/20 to date I have not received my order. I sent an email last week asking where my order was and got a nice reply saying there were delays, I could have a refund if I wished. I agreed with them if It was only a few days I was happy to wait. That was a week ago, now I cant get any response and am £67.30 out of pocket!!

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL I WISH I HAD READ THESE REVIEWS BEF0RE PURCHASING! Purchased £125 worth of hair products in march 2020, nothing shows up so i request a refund, 3 months later still waiting for said refund!!! No replies via email or phone!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY, I am now in process of trading standards report and will get my money back even if the company goes bankrupt in the meantime from legal fee's!

Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!!!!!! Ordered two products in March 2020 just under £17. Now mid June no products and no refund following numerous requests. Like others I gave them the benefit of doubt because of issues with pandemic. Don’t let them get way with stealing. Report to Trading Standards and go through your bank/card provider to get your money back and bombard online review sites with truthful reviews. Let everyone know through social media this company should be avoided. Spread the word!

Ordered products from them on 16th March. An empty envelope arrived via Hermes. I contacted them to ask for a refund or to resend the products. The envelope showed the weight of the what was inside and it evidently did not have 3 shampoo bottles in it! 3 months on and I have not received replacement products or a refund. I have reported them to trading standards and applied to my bank for a refund - clearly I am not the only one who has this problem.

Dreadful service. I ordered a product mid April and despite e-mailing them numerous times and writing the goods have still not arrived. I have now requested a refund - No reply. Don't touch this company you will never see your money or product again.

After 11 WEEKS of excuses and fake Hermes deliver details, you have still failed to dirtier deliver the item or issue a refund. Appalling service. I will never shop with you again. Wish I had read the other reviews on trustpilot before ordering.

I ordered over £70 of Kevin Murphy products on 19th February and after I should have received my order, I contacted them to ask where the order is. They replied saying there was a delay but should be delivered the following week. Well, this then became their default response as I started emailing every week asking where was my order and was told the same even when I directly asked if they had the products in stock. As I like to use independent businesses, I trusted them to honour their responses. Then the coronavirus pandemic came so I eased off communication. So I contacted them this week regarding my order and to my utter disbelief, the same response has come back with a delay in internal deliveries... after 4 months!? I emailed back I am expecting delivery by 12th June. Today, had an email stating they can’t do it by then, so obviously their previous email was a lie as they know they don’t have the stock. They have offered a refund, however, looking at these reviews, I’m doubting it’ll come back anytime soon. I never write reviews but the way my order has been dealt with is appalling and quite frankly, they have stolen over £70 from me and selling stock they clearly don’t have or can even acquire. Do not order from these charlatans.

Worst shopping experience! After placing my order I had to chase the company for a month when it never showed up. I finally decided to cancel for a refund. It has now gone several days past their return window of 3-10 business days and I still haven't received my money back. If you call customer service no one picks up and if you email you get a generic reply. Do not shop from this company.

I ordered goods with them on 21st April and was pleased to see on the website it said dispatched the same day. A month later the goods have still not arrived despite receiving notification that they had been shipped. I did get an automated sort of reply saying their tracking info had not been updated but they would look into it. Still no confirmation of delivery date. Not impressed with this Company. Would I use them again definitely not.

Awful company! DO NOT ORDER waste of time and emails just say the same thing over and over again, very poor customer service, asked for a refund as it was over so late and all of a sudden it had been sent out, still didn't reply to my emails, "tracking hadn't been updated apparently parcel arrived very late and not even sure its genuine didn't do anything for me (hair product) have used it in the past and always worked.

Awful company! Arrived very very late! Asked for a refund and it was suddenly "sent out" just wanted my money back! Waste of time and completely unreliable! Still waiting for an email back! Quick taking people's money

Please don't leave feedback and not do anything about it. Contact the police or gov.uk as a fake business. This business has never sent out any products or emailed confirmation for three months. REPORT THIS MAN DAVID WHO RUNS THE BUSINESS.

DON’T ORDER ANYTHING!!! They are stealing people’s money! After a month of getting no delivery I asked for a refund and three months later I’m still waiting for my money! When you complain they just reply with the same message over and over: “ Hi Joao, I am so sorry about this. I will get this looked into and make sure this is refunded for you. I will send an email to confirm this has been done”. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!

Same as everyone else. Scammers that never send their orders. I paid £100 for some shampoo and other products at the start of March. It’s now May and they have not arrived. They said they would process a refund in 3-10 days and this never arrived in my account. I’m now having to perform a charge back through my bank which could take as long as 3 months. Scammers. Surprised they have not been reported to the police by now as they are very obviously stealing people’s money and never intend to pay it back. All positive reviews on their site are so fake. Would leave 0 stars if I could.

Awful company and does send your order or refund your money back. Customer service is non existent. Keep promising to send your items and they never turn up. Cannot believe after reading how many customers this is happening to that it is still allowed to trade

worst customer service ever ! i paid for my products and was meant to receive it within ' 7 days tracked' however its been a month not received it and also customer service has been no help they tell me every week i will get it but never do it has been a month !!!!
