“I selected the 48 hour delivery due to time constraints, but the tracking email only arrived the day of delivery which meant I had to phone to chase. The first time I called there was no reply so I emailed. Having more success the second time I phoned the email response was not needed”

“Good outcome but unusual process. A few weeks delay in shipping with no communication. What I received is not one 300 ml bottle of shampoo but four bottles of 75 mil. I got what I ordered in the end which is great. A bit more communication in between would've been good.”
