“I had never heard of Gooseberry but I can highly recommend them. The service was very quick and efficient. I absolutely love the hair dryer and I noticed it is the same one they use in Tony & Guy. Thank you very much.”

“I did pay for tracking although only £1.. Bit didn't work.. I did stop in on the day my purchase was due to be delivered, but couldn't track item.. I emailed early next day got really quick reply and received my item later that day.. But was happy with outcome..”

“The wrong product was sent. Tried to phone but went to voicemail which said it was full! Emailed and got a quick response. The correct product was sent out quickly. So although there was an initial mistake, I was pleased with the response and how it was dealt with”
