“The items came quickly but on arrival the bottle of conditioner had been leaking and so it had just been taped up. I would of expected it to have been replaced before being sent.”

“Only part of the order arrived, no communication to advise why the other part hadn't. When contacting them they were keen to refund half the order rather than actually send the product. It then took another week to receive the second part of the order.”
