“I have used their services on several occasions now, and always very happy. I usually first shop around for the cheapest price, and every time end up picking Gooseberry. Their free delivery with orders over a certain amount is also a bonus. Thanks”

“Parcel was lost in the post, no tracking information or updates provided from either the lost parcel or replacement. Was assured the replacement would be with me on the Friday or Saturday of the week.. didnt get it until the Monday.”

“service' was good - ie they posted it promptly. The packaging however was horrendous. The conditioner had leaked everywhere the shampoo was sellotaped closed. Were these genuine products I wonder? Yet to use them so I can't say - but not at all impressed.”

“Paid for 48hr delivery and it took 4 days to come I think. Wouldn't have minded if that was what was advertised but not quick enough for a supposedly fast delivery service”
