“The goods did not arrive within the 7 day timescale . I had to chase the order up and was not given an adequate reason for the non delivery. I asked that they sent them immediately which they did but after quite a long conversation in which I had insisted that they keep their word and that they had failed to fulfill their contract with me.”

“I had a problem initially as I didn't receive confirmation of dispatch and was unable to get through on the telephone number included on the web page however when I called the salon the staff were very helpful, resolved the problem and posted the product immediately with a couple of free samples included. Product received was as expected and in good condition.”
