“Ordered bank holiday mon, assumed it would be dispatched the next day and delivered Thurs or Fri at the latest worth their 48hr tracked delivery. Was not dispatched until Fri and delivered mon so not 48hr shipping at all.”

“Staff all very good and helpful. Only issue was the package had to be signed for, so I had to wait an additional 24 hours to receive it and make a trip to the post office to collect it, despite it being on 24 hour mail. It ended up 48 hours for me which was disappointing as I was going away and needed it quickly.”
