“I ordered three items, only two arrived and no explanation as to where the third item was. Tried to phone them but to no avail, so in the end I left two e-mail messages. They did reply but not as quickly as I'd hoped. Apparently there should have been a note inside the box explaining about the third item but nothing!! The third item was sent out a few days later, along with a 10% reduction the next time I ordered. It wasn't a very, shall we say smooth first time experience dealing with Gooseberry, which is a shame really.”
