Compre varios productos, entre ellos el preentreno, vino hecho una masa, parecía cemento, haciendo difícil su uso. Cuando se lo comenté me aportaron que la solución era no tener humedad cerca, lo que viene siendo no aportar ninguna solución. Muy descontento, no volveré a comprar con esta marca, un trato que deja mucho que desear con el cliente.

Hace dos semanas que sigo esperando mi pedido y no ha llegado. Os lo he comunicado 4 veces y aún estoy esperando respuesta por parte de vosotros.

Hi Lorena, I understand that you´re not happy with the shipping time - and we are not happy as well if something like this happens, I promise! If you check the tracking, you will see that we have handed over your order the same day that you have placed it, which is the fastest we can do. After it leaves the warehouse, we have no impact on situations like in your case - that GLS lost the order in their depot. We´ve been on top of this, we contacted them a couple of times and luckily they have found your order and delivered. I´m sorry to hear that you say that you got no reply from us, this is a bit confusing as we have had a nice conversation in the chat with you and provided all information about the investigation.

I ordered creatine monohidrated on 27th of January and I still waiting for the parcel. More than 20 days for a standar delivery is not serious. I hope yo receive my creatine this week or i will reclaim to ges my money back.

Hi Jesus, we have sent you some mails about this - maybe worth checking your spam? GLS has lost your parcel (or they are still looking after it). We have sent you a replacement on our costs already yesterday, one hour ago you´ve received the mail with the new tracking. I understand that you´re not happy with the shipping time, but there is not much we can do, than handing over an order the same or next working day to a carrier and hope that they do their job. Once the parcel leaves our warehouse, we only can track it and react to delays, as we did in your case.

j'ai commandé mes compléments il y a 3 semaines, et a ce jour je n'ai toujours rien reçu. Dorénavant je ne commanderai plus sur ce site si il faut attendre des semaines de livraison, sans avoir d'information sur la commande, la livraison etc.

Hi Tom, first of all I´m sorry that you haven´t received your order so far, we normally deliver within 3-5 business days in whole Europe. We have sent you an email with tracking already (please check your spam folder as well for an email from PostNL on 7.12, which is the day that you have placed the order) and we´ve just sent it again. We overhanded the order the same day you have placed it to the shipping company - but unfortunately sometimes things go wrong or get delayed, which can happen during xmas time. There are many options to reach us, per mail - per phone - per chat on the web, it´s sad that you have chosen this form, by giving us any notice earlier that your order hasn´t reached you, we would have been able to take action and you would have got it already. However, as we are a very customerfriendly company who always tries their best when shipping companies cause troubles, we already told them give us a detailed report what has happened here. We will keep you posted once we get an answer.

Hi Stijn, sorry to hear that you haven´t been happy this time with your order. As you can probably remember, it was a Pre-order as we have been out of stock with Vitamin D3 - that´s why it took a bit longer until we´ve been able to send it. We promise, next time you´ll get your order as fast as you´re used to!
