“Ordered 3 mascaras + postage , order arrived quickly but unfortunately there was only 1 mascara in the package , I requested the other 2 be sent out but was told shop and other shops had no stock , a refund was given for the 2 missing items quickly . Would have been 5 stars if there wasn't a warehouse mistake . Customer service faultless x”
