“It’s been almost 3 weeks from I placed the order made payment and I still haven’t received the item !!! As it was purchased to give as a gift you can imagine I am not happy”

“I ordered an item and the product was sent out but not the right shade. It was arranged for another one to be sent but still it was the wrong shade. Too much to ing and fro ing. I gave up in the end and ended up keeping them which is no use to me. £20 down & unhappy!!”
“Placed an order for baby wipes, but because it was going to cost them too much money to post my order they simply cancelled it! No one bothered to ring just emailed to say my order had been cancelled. What’s most bizarre is I went back and placed 2 separate orders which they shipped? Makes no sense. If I could have got the product else where I wouldn’t have placed any further orders as I was disgusted with the cancellation and lack of customer service.”

“Their website allowed me to put items in my basket, pay for them, I received an order number and tracking number....then, too much for their free postage to cover, no wait, management have stopped the order because I might be selling on for profit!!!! SIX days for my card to be refunded. Why was I allowed to put that quantity in my basket in the first place?”

We greatly appreciate that you’ve chosen to shop with us.
You selected economy delivery which is usually 5 – 7 working days (Not including the weekend, bank holidays or strike days). Your order was placed the 13th of March and processed the 14th of March in our warehouse, however Friday the 17th was a bank holiday for St Patricks so unfortunately this would have had a delay in its journey.
As mothers day was the 19th of March it unfortunately would not have been ordered in time for the economy time frame we advise - we are sorry for any disappointment and if you need anything further please don't hesitate to contact us.

“Ordered item on 29/11/22 still not arrived!! Been in touch with Gordons Chemist 3 times to try and expediate the delivery with Evri but been told it's due to Black Friday backlog! This was an 18th Birthday present and the birthday has come and gone but they expect to be able to deliver before Christmas!!! Will not be ordering again from this company”

“May not exactly be your fault, but I placed an order a few weeks ago Xmas presents. Hermes said they'd received and it for delivery but when i checked with yourselves you said it was being returned!!! They couldn't deliver. They never tried, i sent you a snap of screen shot of there report and it didn't mention trying to deliver. So I'm really really disappointed. They wouldn't be sent back in time for christmas so my experience wasn't very good at all. To be fair you did refund me quickly, but I had to then try at 11th hour to find presents.”
“The order was ordered and supposed to be processed on 25/Oct. Supposed to be delivered 5-7 working days. 7 working days later rang up they said it will be 10 working days. 10 working days later still no sign of delivery. All they blamed is the post office. It?s a shame you can?t give it ZERO star because they don?t deserve 1 star. I will buy it from Amazon next time. At least they will tell you when they will deliver and not keep you in the dark and blamed everybody else.”
