“Product was ordered and paid for online on 21/11/2022 and it did not arrive until 17/12/2022. Postal Strike was only for the odd day here and there and thus it should not have taken such a long time to be delivered. Firm would not cancel order and refund when it had not arrived after 14 days.”
“Gordons customer services were excellent I not rated it 4* rather than 5* because I ordered my item at the end of November, it?s now Dec 14th and my parcel still hasn?t been delivered by Evri. I received an email from Evri Dec 4th saying they had my parcel but she nice then nothing. There is also no customer service contact details on the email sent to me”
