As your parcel was marked as 'delivered' by Royal Mail along with a picture and signature, when we then then raised a claim form with Royal Mail they would not cover it.

“Awful, delivery failed to arrive with in paid time frame. Contacted customer service and they basicly said tough luck wait till it comes... tried to blame the delay on black Friday and lied about my order date to keep the date with in the time frame...”

“Ordered 5 products and Royal Mail delivered a soaking wet box, one of the products was open and caused it to leak onto all the other products and packaging. Had to spend time wiping all the containers.hence to say very little contents left in the toner, that contained salicylic acid. The box had not been sufficiently packed properly
Complained to chemist, and sent pics, who immediately placed the blame on Royal Mail. Offered a measel refund of toner £2.79 and posting.
Will not shop from the retailer in the future”

In your case however Sir, please note that the price of this item has remained at £1.99 since early 2023 (your purchase was March 2024). “Item never arrived. Even though I paid for postage, the advised delivery time was 5-7 working days instead of Royal Mail's usual 48 hours. Even after that time the item didn't arrive. Upon contacting the pharmacy I was asked to wait until they remedy the situation with Royal mail, adding extra waiting time. I've stil not received my refund.
Not to mention that the item ordered was to help baby colic so speed was of the essence to help the poor thing. Gordon's failed us greatly.”
“I was waiting more than a week for my order. It took far too long to despatch and deliver my parcel. Also, I’ve been sent incorrect items (either the images of the products are misleading or I have been sent not what I have ordered). There are no free returns so I was asked to pay for the postage to sent the items back.”
“Postage was super slow and one of the Olay serums security seal (which I ALWAYS check meticulously) looked as though it had been opened and stuck back on - you could actually still see the fingerprint on the under/sticky side, so for safety and hygiene reasons that one was put straight in the bin! And with regards to the rest of the order, none were cellophane wrapped or had a security seal either so they were also binned. So, it’s safe to say I won’t be using Gordon’s Chemist again.”
