“The product was fine. The price was good. The one quibble I have is about delivery. On the website it said "5 - 7 working days". Three days later I found a card from Royal Mail on the doormat, saying they had tried to deliver. Further, it said they would try again to deliver the next day (which would be a Saturday) unless I arranged for a different day. As I would be out for part of Saturday but would be home the following Monday, I selected delivery for the Monday, and received an email confirming this. On the Saturday Royal Mail delivered a parcel; I had ordered an electric toothbrush (in fact two - off topic for a moment here, it seems the supermarkets will only sell Oral-B stuff, but Wisdom is half the price and good quality) but the parcel said it was shampoo, or something of that ilk, which added to my confusion. It was only by good fortune that I happened to be in when the delivery was made.”
“Excellent speedy service. The only complaint I have is that the box was much too big for what was in it. It was padded out with 3 other empty boxes one of which could have held my order.”

“A good experience generally as buying this hair gel/wax 'in bulk' saves me money in the long run. The only negative is Royal Mail delivery. The last 3 deliveries by RM (not all from Gordons) were so-called '48 hour tracked.' They are not tracked in the sense you will ever know when the item is due, unlike DPD for example, and all 3 actually took 5 or 6 days, which is ridiculous in this day and age.”
“Great price and good communication. Only negative, if you can call it that is length of time between ordering and delivery. I think 4 days, which in current times seems a little long. However, not sure if there was an express delivery option, but if not, next time if the offer is still there, I'll plan ahead and order before I run out!!”
