“The coffee tastes ok but so far I am very disappointed in the customer service. I order my coffee on thursday nov. 24 to get the pre black friday deal, which was if you spent over 100 you would get a tumbler. So I did and got 115 dollars worth of coffee. On Friday dec 2 I emailed them back because I never got an email saying it was shipped. It arrived on the 11th with a packing slip saying the cost was 87 dollars. So I didn't get a tumbler. I asked them about this on the 11 got an email reaponse from them on the 12th, but since then nothing. So order at your own risk. I wouldn't recommend it.”

If you would have added it, it would have been free. But don't be worried. Bonjour Jérôme, chaque café que vous achetez est différent. Et aussi, dépendant de la méthode d'infusion que vous faîtes il faudra ajuster la quantité de café par tasse en proportion avec la quantité d'eau. Donc c'est très possible que vous deviez ajouter plus de cuillerées. “Very good coffee and profucts…price not cheap no matter what the kind of product offered…for example a 25$ mug plus shipping and taxes costs nearly 40$ once to your doorstep. Think twice…anyhow lots of available rebates on tap…helps a bit…shipping definitely needs attention…although shipping is provided by canada post for around 8$ with a 5 days wait until order gets to your door, order needs usually even more time of being processed by the company until pick up by canada post…mesnwhile u can go to nearest supermarket, by some cheaper but anyhow good coffee k-cups and drink the whole 12 pack while your gothrider coffee order gets to you afyer website purchase….that being said…is it worth the wait? Not convinced…”
