Bonjour Eric, Nous sommes sincèrement désolé que vous n'ayez pas aimer le produit. C'est très étonnant vu que plus que la grande majorité de nos clients adorent le produit à la première utilisation. Pour être capable de vous aider nous avons quelques questions à vous poser. Puis-je savoir savoir comment vous avez préparer le café, avec quelle cafétière et aussi la quantité de café utilisé? D'habitude vous achetez quel café aussi? Merci

“Needs better quality control, as this is the 2nd time I have had an issue with an order within the last 3 months. Normally can not stop talking to people about this coffee. Like the merchandise (hoodies, tees, mugs) that I have purchased.”
